Event Venue Insurance
All AHS Chapters are covered by AHS, Inc.’s general liability insurance policy. If an event venue requires a certificate of insurance, please complete and submit your request through this form. Information needed includes the name and date of the event, hours of the event, number of attendees, venue name, address, and contact name with email to receive the certificate. It is normally available, at no cost, within a few days.

Chapter Leadership Seminar
The Chapter Leadership program seeks to strengthen connections between the national AHS and its local chapters. The Chapter Leadership Seminar is presented by the AHS Regional Directors and includes information on AHS programs and resources available to chapters, chapter responsibilities and mission, ideas for meetings and events, and guidance on sustaining or developing a healthy chapter.
