Jeanne Chalifoux died January 26, 2018 in Alexandria, Virginia. She was co-director of the Salzedo Summer Harp Colony and professor of harp at The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins Institutions. She studied harp with Carlos Salzedo at The Curtis Institute and was second harpist for The National Symphony. She taught harp for 60 years.
The Memorial Service for Jeanne Chalifoux will take place on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 2:00 pm.
