The Lyon & Healy Awards will be held June 26-27, 2009 in Salt Lake City, Utah at Westminister College.
RULES
- The Awards are open to all harpists who have not passed their 35th birthday by June 1, 2009. *Participants must be a member of the American Harp Society.
- Auditions will be open to the public. Contestants will not be interrupted during performance.
- Repertoire must be played from memory.
APPLICATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY:
- Copy of identification that includes birth date.
- One teacher recommendation stating that the applicant knows the required repertoire.
- A non-refundable registration fee of US $25 payable to “Lyon & Healy”.

HARPS
Harps will be available for those participants who are unable to bring their own instrument.
AWARDS
The Lyon & Healy Awards will determine three (3) Award Winners, each receiving:
- $2,000 in cash to be used to further education
- $500 gift certificate from Lyon & Healy Harps
