How do I view my personal profile?

After logging in, click on View Profile, where you can check your membership expiration date, print a membership card, and update your address and contact information.

When does my membership expire?

The AHS membership year runs from September 1 through August 31.  Go to your personal profile to view your membership status.

How do I recover my password?

Click the Forgot Password link next to the website login box.  Passwords will be sent to your email address.  If you do not receive the email in 5-10 minutes, please contact our office by email to membership@harpsociety.org or call (805)-410-HARP (4277).

How do I join AHS?
Go to the membership page. You may join online using a credit card or you may print out a membership form and mail it to us with a check or money order.

Do you offer prorated membership dues?

The AHS does not offer prorated membership dues to renewing members regardless of the date of renewal. 

Do you offer a membership directory?

As a benefit of membership, the AHS mails a printed membership directory to all current members at the time of the directory printing.  Through the AHS website, you can access our online membership directory which is updated daily.

How can I correct my contact details in the AHS membership directory?

Please log into your personal profile and update your contact details.  Updated information will take effect in the online directory immediately.

Will you post my event to your web site?

Please click on submit an event next to Upcoming Events near the bottom of the homepage (http://www.harpsociety.org/). Complete the form, which is then sent to the AHS Website Liaison for approval. The event announcement will appear after the submission has been approved.

When is The American Harp Journal mailed?
The AHJ is typically mailed in January and August of each year.

When is the Membership Directory mailed?
The Membership Directory is typically mailed February of each year.

What publications can I expect to receive during my membership year?
AHS members who renew prior to September 1 of each year will receive one regional newsletter, the blue membership directory, and two copies of The American Harp Journal during the membership year (September 1st – August 31st).
