Make the most of your AHS membership by joining other harpists in your area as part of a local chapter.  Pedal harpists, lever harpists, students, teachers, and performers of all ages network and collaborate to sponsor special events and offer support to each other.  Local chapters create programs tailored to their interests: harp circles and ensembles, professional performances, workshops, master classes, student recitals, local competitions, and scholarship programs—the possibilities are endless.  Local chapters can take also advantage of programs sponsored by the AHS.

Spread the word about upcoming events to local harpists and the wider community with a local newsletter, e-mail list, or Web site.  Reach an even larger community of harpists by sharing news through regional newsletters, regional Web sites, and the AHS Facebook page, or even hosting a regional conference.  Join or start a chapter near you.
